This Privacy Policy explains what information Ayzenix ("Ayzenix", "we", "us") collects when you visit ayzenix.com, contact us, or use our mobile apps, and how we use and protect it. We try to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form on our website, we receive the details you enter:

• First and last name
• Email address and, if you provide it, phone number
• Company name (optional)
• The service you are interested in, your estimated budget, and your project details
• Whether you want to receive occasional updates from us

If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. When you submit the contact form, we store your IP address with the message to help prevent spam and abuse.

We do not create user accounts on our website and we do not take payments on it.

2. Our mobile apps

Our apps, such as Wi-Fi Device Scanner, are designed to work on your device:

• Network scanning: the list of devices found on your Wi-Fi network (IP addresses, MAC addresses, device names and manufacturers) is processed on your phone. We do not upload your scan results to our servers.
• Permissions: Android requires location permission (or "Nearby devices" permission on newer versions) to read the name of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to. Camera access is used only for camera-based features while you are using them. We do not collect your GPS location or store your photos.
• Speed test: the internet speed test connects to Cloudflare's speed test service (speed.cloudflare.com), which receives your IP address as part of the connection.
• Advertising: the free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) and usage data to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your Android settings. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
• Purchases: subscriptions such as "Remove Ads" are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your card or payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase is active.
• Settings: your app preferences are saved locally on your device.

3. How we use information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you request
• To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the box (you can unsubscribe any time)
• To keep our website and apps secure and to prevent spam and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing and third parties

We only share information with service providers that help us run our website and apps:

• Web hosting and email providers, which store our website, contact form messages and email
• Google: Google Fonts (website fonts), Google Maps (the map on our contact section), Google AdMob (ads in our apps) and Google Play (app distribution and purchases)
• Cloudflare: the speed test feature in our apps

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Ayzenix, our users or others.

5. Cookies

Our website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded Google Map and Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, and Google may set cookies or log your IP address when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep contact form messages and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out a project, and keep reasonable business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS on our website, restricted access to stored messages, and spam protection on our forms. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you updates

To make a request, email us at info@ayzenix.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.

9. Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website.
