Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use ayzenix.com, download or use our mobile apps, or work with Ayzenix ("Ayzenix", "we", "us") on a software project. By using our website, apps or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Using our website

You may browse our website and contact us for personal or business purposes. The content on this website, including text, graphics, our logo and the Ayzenix name, belongs to Ayzenix and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Information on the website is for general purposes and may change without notice.

2. Client projects

When you hire us to build an app, website or other software, the specific scope, timeline, deliverables and price will be set out in a written proposal or agreement that we both accept. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes priority for that project.

• You agree to provide the content, access and feedback we need on time. Delays in feedback may move the delivery date.
• Changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
• After delivery, we fix bugs that are reported within the support period stated in the agreement. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.

3. Quotes and payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Projects usually require an advance payment before work starts, with the remaining amount paid at agreed milestones or on delivery.
• Advance payments cover work already started and are generally not refundable once work has begun, unless the agreement says otherwise.
• We may pause work on a project if payments are overdue.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, app store fees and paid APIs are paid by the client unless included in the quote.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, unless the agreement says otherwise. We keep ownership of our general tools, code libraries and know-how that we used before or outside your project, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your project in our portfolio without revealing confidential information.

5. Our mobile apps

• Our apps, such as Wi-Fi Device Scanner, are licensed to you for personal use. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them.
• Only scan networks that you own or have permission to scan. You are responsible for how you use the app.
• Results such as device types, manufacturers and speed test figures are estimates and may not always be accurate.
• Paid subscriptions (for example "Remove Ads") are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• The free version contains ads provided by Google AdMob.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website, apps or services to:

• Break any law or violate anyone's rights
• Access networks, devices or data without permission
• Send spam or harmful content through our contact form
• Try to hack, overload or disrupt our website or apps

7. Disclaimer

Our website and apps are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Any warranties for client projects are only those written in the project agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ayzenix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of our website, apps or services. For client projects, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through friendly discussion first. If that does not work, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website, apps or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
